Call before you dig. It's the law!!
Oregon law requires persons doing any type of excavation to request utilities to locate and mark their facilities. The law covers both public and private property. At least two business days before you dig, call the One Call Center to request a line locate. Your request is forwarded to all utilities, both public and private, that serve the area where you will be digging. This is a free service to you provided by the utilities.
